EVERY NIGHT ~ A Poem

Every night is the same thought

Can I please die?

No, I am not crying

But how will I survive!

This world is not meant for all

Maybe that’s why it makes me feel small.

No idea how I came this far

As I lost all hope in this war.

Still surviving, still fighting

Hoping someday I will be smiling.

But right now I have a question

Am I a burden on my known?

As I always get into troubles

Making them also suffer.

Its too harsh, this world’s cruelty

I want to escape from this reality.

Art is fine and mesmerizing

Maybe that’s the reason I feel calm while writing!

  1. Honest, strong and wonderfully deep, but painful.
I hope you got safe into the new year, but either way lots of love to you and a big thank you for being you! ❤ 💜 Thanks to you a some other people here and there, I made it through this year. Sure it mainly means just another, higher number, but we have us and still have each other.

    1. Thankyou for such lovely words and wishes.
And I believe the Universe has its own ways to help people who are pure at heart. So its better to surrender ourselves to the universe and let it play its magic.

And I hope this year is treating you very well. 😊

  2. Thank you for this look inside. I have a dear friend who tried to take her life last year. I try desperately to connect, to make her happy and to understand what shes feeling. This was very helpful. Much love sent your way!
