During tough times, these books were my saviour, my escape and my bestfriends. They helped me, gave me company, protected my mental health from further damage.
So if you really need some motivation in life, you must give a read to atleast 3 books amongst all these mentioned above in my favourite list of Top 10 Self-Help Books.
My personal most favourite amongst these are two actually :

- Autobiography of a Yogi

I had difficulty in the beginning pages of the book autobiography of a yogi but before I even finished it, I fell in love with Yogananda Ji and bought “The Divine Romance”. I absolutely love him as a friend, guru, father and mother. 🙏🏾✨
